Warntex USA sells safety apparel for people and pets
via the Internet.
For payment by Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express (AMEX) credit cards; orders
are shipped within 7 business days with the majority being shipped the next
day after confirmation of the order being placed. Holidays will
increase number of days for shipping.
Warntex USA accepts money
orders or cashiers checks, personal and business checks. Mail these forms of payments to
Kemper Brothers Holding LLC, PO Box
771899, Orlando, Florida, 32877. Make checks payable to Kemper Brothers Holding LLC. Orders are shipped after payment is
received. Orders paid by personal check or business check
may have an additional 14 days before order is shipped to allow
for bank processing.
Warntex USA verifies quality
and inspects all products prior to shipment.
Refunds are available with the
following general guidelines (read
FAQ's for complete details):

VizVest™
Standard, Family, Child, Airport, and Triangle
safety apparel returns must be in the same shipped product bags and with
packing slip included.

Returns are accepted only if
Warntex USA
is notified by email or phone within 14 days of shipment being received.

A reason for return is required.

Upon receiving the return item (s) after notification by purchaser,
Warntex USA will inspect and then
notify purchaser of the acceptance or non-acceptance of the return.
Any
item that has been worn or used cannot be returned.

REFUNDS ARE BY COMPANY CHECK FROM Kemper Brothers Holding LLC owner of
Warntex USA only. This
applies to all forms of payments including credit cards.

Credit card payments may not be charged back by purchaser for any reason.

is a non-refundable
