Mail Order:
We accept
mail orders if paying by money order, cashiers check, business or personal
checks. (Order will be delivered after check is cashed)

Cancelling/Changing Orders
Once your
order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer
service department, it cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason. Once a
mail order is received and processed it cannot be cancelled or changed for
any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will
be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping
charges.

Shipping Rules
Proof read
your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit
your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the
fulfilment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any
inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your
advantage.
If you ship
to a P.O. Box with no street address, and you select a shipping method other
than USPS, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for
ground shipping, and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.
Warntex USA also reserves the right to change your shipping
method to USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.
If your
address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Warntex USA or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of
$10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for
any express shipping service.

Undeliverable & Refused
Packages
If a delivery
is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid
shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not
limited to extra shipping charges. Please proof read your order before

Refund & Return Policy
WASHING OR
DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM Warntex USA AUTOMATICALLY
CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE
DEFECTS:
Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Warntex USA will exchange the defective item (s) if reported within 14 days.
Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Warntex USA
will not be liable for defective items NOT reported
within the 14 day policy.
VizVest™
Gear: Return
UN-OPENED/UN-USED item (s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS
shipping/handling fees.
OPENED
MERCHANDISE: There is a 15% re-stocking fee on opened merchandise (packages
or anything that is in a sealed plastic bag) regardless of when it is
returned.
APPAREL:
All apparel and accessories item (s) must be un-worn and/or un-used.
CUSTOM
ORDERS: Custom orders, such as Logo printed, are
non-refundable/non-returnable.
SPECIAL
ORDERS: Special orders, that is items which we do not normally carry in
inventory, are non-refundable/non-returnable.
SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES: Non-refundable.
RE-STOCK FEE:
We do not charge a restock fee on UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise if you
return the goods within 14 days. We charge a 15% restock fee if you return
UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise after 14 days.

Shipping Times
Most orders
usually ship by the end of the next business day. (Effective 03/09/2007)
Deadline for orders requiring UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select
delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders
placed after 2:00 PM will shipped by the end of the next business day for
items in stock. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select orders placed on a
Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
We ship to all US States, US Territories and to Canada only.
Interruption
of Service: Warntex USA, USPS and UPS shall not be liable
for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control, including,
but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person
to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities
acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or
similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the
application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise
applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labour disputes; civil
unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural
disasters.

Which shipping option is best?
Shipments to
Hawaii and Alaska can now be shipped by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or US mail.
UPS and FedEx ground services are normally cheaper unless the item is very
light. For APO and FPO addresses please select the US Mail shipping option,
as this is the only option available. In some cases our shipping calculator
may underestimate the actual shipping costs if the package is oversized. In
this case we will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. You
may cancel your order at this point without penalty.

Shipping to Canada
Warntex USA is registered as a non resident Canadian Taxpayer. We
collect both Provincial Sales Tax (PST ) and Goods & Service Tax (GST) when
you place an order. The goods arrive tax paid which means you do not get any
additional charges or fees when you receive your merchandise.
